Possibilities of individualization and differentiation of instruction methods in current education

This diploma thesis elaborates on the matters of individualisation and differentiation of education in elementary schooling. The theoretical part is focusing on technical and theoretical problem solution. The aim of the practical part is to look at the variety of possibilities between individualisation and differentiation of education of the instructor's own 4th grade class, while looking at a particular example of two students in that class. The practical part finds solutions from this active research that is interpreted as a case study, and describes the process of individualisation and differentiation from the point of view of working with teaching devices.
Teacher's experience with individualized teaching in distance education

In a time of emergency measures due to the coronavirus pandemic, teachers have been forced to transition into distance education without prior experience and training, thus facing a significant professional challenge. Every teacher has dealt with this change differently and was given the opportunity to reflect their own teaching approach. The main aim of this thesis is to describe how distance education has transformed the approach of various types of teachers to the individual needs of students, in other words, to individualized teaching. In the theoretical part, selected approaches to the typology of teachers and their teaching styles will be described, using available professional publications. The importance of individualization as one of the key principles of current education will be justified. The ways in which a primary school teacher can respond to the individual needs of pupils in teaching will be summarized. The characteristic features of distance education, its advantages and limits will be described. In the practical part of the thesis, teacher's approaches to individualization in in- person and distance education will be mapped through qualitative research, in the form of a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. Strategic approach to employeee training

This diploma thesis deals with the strategic approach to employee training in an organization providing consultancy in the field of technical engineering and technical and economic consulting. Employee education and development is managed by a parent company based in the UK, and the company, aware of the achievement of the organization's strategy and vision, places a lot of emphasis on education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the employee training strategy as one of the personnel activities leading to increasing the competitiveness of the organization and gaining a competitive advantage in the market. Understanding the importance of employees training is one of the basic aspects of an efficient organization and a well-defined strategy along with the HR strategy and, last but not least, the corporate education strategy leads to satisfaction both on the part of the organization and on the human resources side. Evaluation of pupils at a primary school

The presented thesis focuses on the problem of evaluation of pupils at primary school using teacher's action research. The target of the thesis is to determine the influence of analytical feed-back on the self-evaluation of pupils in the 1st to 4th grade. First part of the thesis contains the theory of problem of evaluation, feed-back and self-evaluation, as well as findings from evolutionary psychology. The second part summarizes results obtained from the action research that were aimed on capturing of the evolution of self-evaluation during the individual grades. Conclusions include confirmation that systematic performance of a proper analytical feed-back by the teacher leads to the development and improvement of the self- evaluation skill. Influence of the feedback on self-evaluation is also evaluated. Thesis confirms importance of partnership approach in education.

Gifted pupil of primary school

My thesis is focused on gifted students of primary school. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of several chapters which describe the talent, the identification of gifted students, methods and forms of work in education and gifted pupils in regular primary school classroom. Furthermore, I mainly deal with the education of gifted children, individual approach to these children in education, support for families and schools. In the practical part, on the basis of qualitative research I propose a model of instructional strategies for specific gifted pupil, which should help to natural and accelerated development.
Differences in Education of three and six years old Children

The main goal of this thesis is to mention a differences of education of three years old and six years old children and show the proper educational strategies for this age categories. Particular areas in education of preschool children are described in theoretical part. Those are: goals, methods, rules, communication and content of education. Practical part compares two thematic blocks which have the same theme but different complexity. The results of observations in different type of classes showing the successes and benefits of adaptation of education to selected age categories are presented then. Description of the risks arising during the education follows. Based on the observations the proper educational strateries are selected in the end. Videorecording with education of three years old and six years old children is enclosed too.
